This page identifies the person who operates this website and sells the courses offered on it, as required by Portuguese Decree-Law 7/2004 on electronic commerce, Decree-Law 24/2014 on distance contracts, and the equivalent trader identification rules in the European Union and elsewhere.

What is sold here

Dermatooh sells 8 online skin and hair health education courses, individually for $47 each or together as The Complete Library for $147. Each course contains 8 complete written lessons with routines, trackers and checklists in tables, a list of warning signs that mean see a doctor, and an assignment per lesson. All prices are in US dollars and are charged once. Nothing is shipped, nothing renews and no subscription is created. The contents of each course are listed on its own page and summarised again before payment.

What is not sold here

Dermatooh is an education publisher. It is not a clinic, a pharmacy or a telemedicine service. We do not provide consultations, diagnoses, prescriptions, medicines or treatments, and no doctor-patient relationship is created by buying or reading a course. See the medical disclaimer.

Who we sell to

We sell worldwide to people aged 18 or over. Parents may buy a course to help a child, and must then follow the course's advice to involve the child's pediatrician. We do not sell to anyone in a country subject to comprehensive international sanctions, and Stripe independently blocks payments it is not permitted to process.

Payment processing

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number. Charges appear on your statement as DERMATOOH.

Complaints and disputes

Please write to support@dermatooh.com first. We reply within two working days and we would rather solve a problem than argue about it.

Electronic complaints book. Under Portuguese law you can file a complaint in the official electronic complaints book (Livro de Reclamações Eletrónico) at livroreclamacoes.pt. The complaint is sent to us and to the competent authority.

Alternative dispute resolution. If a consumer dispute cannot be solved with us directly, you may use a consumer dispute resolution centre. For our area this is CIMAAL, the Consumer Information, Mediation and Arbitration Centre of the Algarve (consumidoronline.pt), and nationwide the CNIACC, the National Centre for Consumer Information and Arbitration (cniacc.pt). The full list of approved centres is published on the Portuguese Consumer Portal (consumidor.gov.pt). Consumers in other EU countries may also contact the European Consumer Centre of their country.

Gabriella Cardoso da Silva is responsible for the content published on this website. The courses are general health education, as explained in the medical disclaimer.
